Tamda Ghumar, situated approximately 45 km west of Jagdalpur in Bastar district, is a breathtaking seasonal waterfall cascading from a height of about 100 feet. The name "Tamda Ghumar" translates to "Red Whirl," inspired by the reddish hue of the water during certain seasons. The waterfall is formed by the Indravati River and is especially mesmerizing during the monsoon season when the water flow is at its peak.

The journey to Tamda Ghumar is an adventure in itself, with scenic drives through lush green fields and tribal villages. Visitors often embark on a short trek through forest trails to reach the base of the waterfall, offering a serene and immersive experience.
