Egypt Highlights Tour – Cairo, Aswan & Luxor

Arrive at Cairo International Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Check-in and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Cairo.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day tour of the Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the iconic Great Sphinx. In the afternoon, visit the Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square, home to thousands of ancient artefacts including treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Morning visit to the Salah El Din Citadel and the Mohamed Ali (Alabaster) Mosque, followed by a walk through Old Cairo to see the Hanging Church, and free time for shopping at the historic Khan El Khalili bazaar. Later, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Aswan.

After breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the beautiful Philae Temple (accessible by boat), along with an optional felucca ride on the Nile. Later, drive to Luxor by road, visiting en route the Temple of Kom Ombo (dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus) and the Temple of Horus at Edfu (reached by a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride). On arrival in Luxor, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Luxor.

After breakfast, visit the East Bank of Luxor, including the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious complex ever built, and the beautifully lit Luxor Temple. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay in Luxor.

Morning excursion to the West Bank of Luxor, visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Optional hot air balloon ride over Luxor at sunrise (subject to availability, at additional cost). Overnight stay in Luxor.
