Rann of Kutch, Dwarka & Somnath Trail

Arrive at Ahmedabad and drive to Bhuj (approx. 330 km, 6 hours) or take a connecting flight where available. Check in and rest for the evening. Overnight stay in Bhuj.

Visit Kutch's handicraft villages around Bhujodi, then drive to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) for views over the Rann. Continue to Dhordo for the White Rann of Kutch and stay to watch the salt desert glow under the sunset. Overnight stay near Rann of Kutch.

After breakfast, drive to Dwarka (approx. 250 km, 5 hours), stopping en route at Mata no Madh temple. Check in and attend the evening aarti at the Dwarkadhish Temple. Overnight stay in Dwarka.

Visit the Dwarkadhish Temple and Rukmini Devi Temple, followed by a boat ride to Bet Dwarka island, believed to be Lord Krishna's residence. In the afternoon, visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Shiva. Overnight stay in Dwarka.

Drive to Somnath (approx. 130 km, 2.5-3 hours) along the Gujarat coastline. Visit the Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and watch the evening Light & Sound Show narrating its history. Overnight stay in Somnath.

After breakfast, drive to Rajkot or Ahmedabad for your onward flight/train home.
