Welcome on arrival at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and transfer to Darjeeling (93 km / 3 hrs). Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It offers a mix of lively nature and charming Himalayan culture. The town is home to Dorje, the mystic thunderbolt of the Lama religion. Surrounded by tea gardens, Darjeeling faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. After check-in and rest, take a walk around the town to appreciate the local culture. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, explore Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop War Memorial, Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center (closed on Sunday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tea Estate, and Japanese Peace Pagoda. In the evening, walk around Mall Road and the local market (closed on Thursday).

Morning transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim at an altitude of 5,500 ft. Gangtok is a beautiful, clean town with some of the best monasteries and landscapes in the region. Evening free for leisure or individual activities. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, start a half-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), 32 km from Gangtok. The lake is about 1 km long, oval in shape, and 15 m deep. It is considered sacred by locals. Continue 12 km further to visit Baba Mandir, dedicated to soldier Harbhajan Singh. Evening free in Gangtok for shopping or leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Lachung. En-route sightseeing includes Singhik Viewpoint, Chumthang Market, Twin Falls, and Vima Falls. Evening free to explore the Himalayan village on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day excursion to Yumthang Valley, visiting Hot Springs and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary along the way. Yumthang, at 12,000 ft altitude and about 135 km from Gangtok, is famous for colorful flowers and orchids in April-May, and snow from November to March. Return to Lachung for lunch, followed by a visit to Lachung Monastery. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, transfer back to Gangtok. Evening free for leisure or last-minute shopping. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning transfer to Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for onward journey.
